Client Responsibility

All tarot readings are intended for entertainment purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice or guidance in legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters. By participating in a tarot reading with me, you acknowledge that the information provided is subject to your own interpretation and that any decisions or actions taken based on this information are your sole responsibility.

No Guarantee Provided

There’s no guarantee that my services will meet your requirements, be timely, or error-free. While I do my best to use secure online platforms for tarot content and client information, clients should be aware that no online platform can guarantee complete security and they should proceed at their own risk. Additionally, I do not guarantee the accuracy or recency of any results obtained from using my services.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Tarot readings are not a substitute for professional services. You are encouraged to seek appropriate advice from a qualified professional for any legal, financial, health, or other concerns you may have.

Refunds & Cancellation

Once you’ve booked a tarot reading, the service is non-refundable. I reserve the right to decline providing a tarot reading at any time and for any reason. In such instances, you will not be charged for the service, and any payments already made will be promptly refunded.

Client Liability

Rootwork Healing, LLC., including its social media presence, is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the tarot readings or any information provided on its websites.

LGBTQIA+ Somatic Coaching

By accessing and participating in LGBTQIA+ Coaching sessions by Rootwork Healing, LLC., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Informed Consent & Disclosure

The purpose of this section is to outline the responsibilities of the client/patient ("You") and the practitioner ("Me,” Chan Osanyin) as they enter into a healing partnership. The hope is the information provided regarding health and wellness can be used to make informed choices moving forward. As a spiritual practitioner, it is my goal to provide services as a guide and partner in supporting your goals for your holistic health and well-being. I neither diagnose nor directly treat disease. Rather, the focus is on providing guidance and educating the client about how to best enhance and support the body's innate healing capacity. Somatic practices are in essence adaptive, based on the belief that the human body is a resilient and intelligent system that innately moves towards self-healing and sovereignty when given a safe, loving environment. Every person is physiologically and energetically unique, therefore I will listen to your body and, based on my training, recommend the most appropriate physical movements, phrases, and gestures for healing and spiritual disentanglement.

Somatic Practices

LGBTQIA+ Somatic Coaching sessions use somatic therapy as the basis for every session. Somatic therapy heals the nervous system by unlocking the natural reflex movements of the body. This therapeutic form will involve light physical activity including, but not limited to, movements, emotional release, postures on the floor, and certain breathing exercises. We will always take into account your body's specific needs and abilities before approaching any movement sets. As the client, you agree to participate only within the range of your physical comfort. Somatic reclamation is deep energy work that releases identifications and entanglements that block us on emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual levels - and as such comes with any associated risks from these energetic movements. Clients are required to be 18+ years of age. As such, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decision-making regarding your personal identity (LGBTQIA+ or otherwise) and have complete agency around your choices, movements, and actions. If at any point you feel suicidal or mentally or emotionally unstable, please contact your licensed therapist or call the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at (988). By signing up for an LGBTQIA+ Coaching session with me, you assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or loss arising from your participation, and hereby release Rootwork Healing, LLC from any claims of negligence occurring now or in the future, during or after your participation in these services. You acknowledge and understand that you are free to discontinue services at any time, including during session time as needed.

QueerKin Circle

By accessing and participating in the QueerKin Circle events by Rootwork Healing, LLC., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Informed Consent

The QueerKin Circle events are intended to provide a group setting for connection and interpersonal healing. These support groups should NOT replace any ongoing psychological, medical, or other services you are engaging in with a licensed professional for your health and well-being. Rather, the intent of these groups is to provide additional supplementation to your existing social and health-related protocols.

Contacting Others

As a part of joining the QueerKin Circle, each participant will be asked to provide their:

• Name

• Email address - to be directly shared with others in the support group to contact you for listening session swaps.

• Phone number - will be used to setup the application, Signal, to contact others for listening session swaps. Your phone number will remain anonymous in Signal.

Personal Information

I do everything in my power to ensure your personal information is not being shared with other people or companies who intend to do you harm. With that said, I cannot control how others ultimately use your information, in particular the applications and technology companies (e.g., Google Meet, Signal, etc.) that are used to help facilitate the QueerKin Circle events. By participating in Rootwork Healing, LLC’s support groups, you understand the inherent risk of your information being public and have consented to only provide information that is safe for sharing. Rootwork Healing, LLC will not be held liable for any disclosure of your personal information by any third-party, including other members of the group.

Listening Session Swaps

QueerKin Circle participants will trade listening sessions with other members of the group in both a 1:1 capacity and group setting. While I have a strict set of guidelines in place for our community’s safety, participation in this group has inherent risks, including emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually. By participating in the QueerKin Circle, you agree to these risks and will do everything in your power to mitigate these risks for yourself and others, including taking full ownership of your own distress and child parts as a sovereign, mature adult. You will also agree to notify me in the event of conflict, secrecy, or if you’re unsure about the motivations or actions of someone in the group. Oppression thrives in secrecy and we are breaking down walls here!

Community Guidelines

I have outlined a very clear and direct set of community guidelines for the members of this group. These community guidelines are to be followed at all times to ensure a safe, loving, and secure container for our work as an QueerKin Circle. Failure to meet any part of the community guidelines will result in either a warning or immediate removal from the group, depending on the severity of the behavior and/or action. By participating in the QueerKin Circle events, you agree to follow the community guidelines and will report any suspicious behavior or concerns using the Listening Partnership & Group Concern Form.

Somatics-Based Group

The QueerKin Circle is a somatics-based space, leveraging the methodology founded by Emily Waymire in her Visual and Somatic Therapies (VAST) program. Somatic listening sessions heal the nervous system by unlocking the natural reflex movements of the body while in deep connection with another person or people. This listening form will involve light physical activity including, but not limited to, movements, emotional release, postures on the floor, and certain breathing exercises. You and your listening partners should always take into account your body's specific needs and abilities before approaching any movement sets. As a participant in the QueerKin Circle events, you agree to participate only within the range of your physical comfort. Somatic listening sessions are deep energetic work that releases identifications and entanglements that block us on emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual levels - and as such comes with any associated risks from these energetic movements. Please communicate any needs in advance of your session by contacting your listening partner(s) or emailing me at Chan@rootworkhealing.us prior to any scheduled group sessions.
